President

Sandra Keith, MPH, RD, LD

Sandra Keith, MPH, RD, LD, graduated from Baylor University’s dietetic internship and received her master's in public health from the University of Oklahoma. She is the president of Keith & Associates, Inc. which she founded in 1968 to provide consulting services to facilities across Oklahoma. Sandy is also contracted with the State of Oklahoma to provide nutritional services to consumers of the Department of Developmentally Disabled (DDSD) under Oklahoma’s Medicaid Program.

Patti Landers, PhD, RD, LD, FAND

Dr. Landers is very experienced and was awarded Professor Emeritus status from the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. In 17 years at OUHSC, she served as director of the dietetic internship program as well as the didactic and coordinated programs.

Sara Hallgren-Tillery, MA, RD, LD

Sara Hallgren-Tillery, MA, RD, LD, brings over 15 years of experience as a lead clinical dietitian at a prominent academic medical center in Tulsa, OK. Throughout her tenure, she has delivered expert nutritional care to a diverse array of patients, organizations, and community groups. Sara’s specialized expertise includes neonatal nutrition and child and adolescent weight management, where she has developed tailored strategies to address unique nutritional challenges and promote long-term health outcomes.

Brian dela Cruz, MS, RD, LD

Brian dela Cruz, MS, RD, LD, brings years of experience in dietetics education to KADDI serving previously as Dietetic Internship Program Director at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC). He completed his Didactic Program in Dietetics, Dietetic Internship and Masters of Science at OUHSC. Brian has previous experience working in bariatric nutrition and currently consults for the Senior Nutrition Program in Oklahoma City. Brian also teaches Introductory Nutrition and Sports & Exercise Nutrition for the University of Oklahoma.

KADDI Assistant & Marketing Specialist

Betsy Stam, MS

Betsy Stam, MS, holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Central Arkansas, and is completing the KACAD program and a virtual Dietetic Internship in Florida. In her current role as KADDI Assistant and Marketing Specialist, she is responsible for managing marketing strategies, developing social media content, and designing materials that effectively communicate KADDI’s mission to prospective interns.
